Implementation of the promotion plan
The first stage was to conduct a detailed audit and draw up a work plan. In the course of analysing the site, the following errors were identified
1. «Breadcrumbs». The «Breadcrumbs» navigation chain was displayed incorrectly or was missing on some pages.

2. Pagination. Pagination pages lacked the necessary optimisation.

3. Duplicate pages. Some pages were accessed at multiple URLs.

- Solution: set up 301 redirects, which allowed the weight of the page to be transferred to the main address.
4. Micropropagation. Errors were detected in micropartitioning, which could affect search ranking.

- Solution: added necessary markups (Article, ImageObject, VideoObject) to content pages and fixed repetitive markups on catalogue pages.
5. H1-H6 headings. Filtering blocks on catalogue pages contained incorrect headings, which broke the structure.

- Solution: removed redundant headers, improved content hierarchy.
6. Duplicate content. Texts on pages created through the smart filter repeated information from parent pages.

- Solution: implemented a setting that prevents automatic duplication of content from parent pages.
7. Pages with 404 and 301 errors. Broken links and incorrectly configured redirects were detected.

- Solution: all links with a 404 code were fixed, and redirects were adjusted to not lead to non-existent pages.
Continued work on promotion
- Semantic core. An updated semantic core was prepared, which allowed us to focus on promoting key queries related to luxury properties in Nicosia, as well as highlighting additional entry points for users.
- Meta tags. Optimised meta tags (Title, Description, H1) for pages representing elite real estate objects, taking into account the specifics of the target audience and competitive factors.
- Content and texts. We wrote sales texts for luxury real estate pages, competitor analysis allowed us to optimise keywords and content structure to improve search engine rankings.
- Filtering and sorting. Added filters by property characteristics (area, price, neighbourhood), improved sorting by alphabetical order and discounts, which makes it easier for users to find a suitable property.
- Video content integration. Video reviews of real estate from the company’s YouTube channel were integrated into the property pages, which increases the attractiveness of the website and keeps the attention of clients.
- Mobile adaptation. The mobile version of the site adds navigation chains, quick access buttons, and improves the interface for the convenience of users.
- Link mass. After the elimination of technical problems, it was decided to actively build up the link mass through the purchase of links on authoritative resources.
